PER CURIAM:
This claim was submitted for decision based upon the allegations in the Notice of Claim and the Joint Stipulation Compromising Claim.
Claimant seeks to recover $517,048.00 for providing professional medical services to inmates incarcerated at the Respondent’s facilities pursuant to a contract with the Respondent, West Virginia Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation, as documented by unpaid invoices.
In the Joint Stipulation Compromising Claim, the Respondent admits the validity of the claim. The parties have stipulated to the amount of $433,333.00 as the amount to compromise and settle this claim.
It is the opinion and recommendation of the Legislative Claims Commission that the Claimant should be awarded the total sum of $433,333.00.
