PER CURIAM:
This claim was submitted for decision based upon the allegations in the Notice of Claim and Respondent’s Answer.
Claimant seeks to recover $19,125.00 for providing professional services pursuant to a contract with the Respondent, West Virginia Board of Medicine, as documented by unpaid invoices.
In its Answer, Respondent admits the validity of the claim as well as the amount with respect to the services rendered in the sum of $19,125.00 and further states that there were sufficient funds expired in that appropriate fiscal year from which the invoices could have been paid.
It is the opinion of the Legislative Claims Commission that the Claimant should be awarded the total sum of $19,125.00.
