PER CURIAM:

This claim was submitted for decision based upon the allegations in the Notice of Claim and Respondent’s Answer.

Claimant seeks to recover $8,229.00 for unpaid per diem fees associated with the production of certain of the employer’s television programs during regular legislative sessions in Charleston, as documented by unpaid invoices.

In its Answer, Respondent admits the validity of the claim as well as the amount with respect to the services rendered in the sum of $8,229.00 and further states that there were sufficient funds expired in the appropriate fiscal years from which the per diem fees could have been paid.

It is the opinion of the Legislative Claims Commission that the Claimant should be awarded the total sum of $8,229.00.
